We have grown significantly in both the number of colleagues and clients who have joined VA Imaging in recent years. Therefore, ee are looking for a proactive IT Specialist who is responsible for the management and optimization of our IT environment. You will also take ownership of the continuous improvement and development of our Hubspot platform. This role combines hands-on IT operations with process optimization, automation and CRM expertise. Through your knowledge and experience, you will play a key role in enabling the organization’s continued growth.
You’ll work fulltime on-site at our brand-new HQ in Eindhoven (Strijp-S) and stay connected with our teams in Germany, Italy and the US. With colleagues from 15 nationalities, we’re truly international – and we love it that way!
Your Daily Tasks
-Manage, maintain, and optimize all IT-related systems and infrastructure
-Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to colleagues
-Analyse, map and automate business processes to improve efficiency and scalability
-Improve system performance, security and usability
-Maintain and optimize workflows, automations and reports in HubSpot
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
-Coordinate with external IT partners and vendors
What do we expect from you?
-Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
-Programming knowledge in Python and/or C++
-Experience with IT administration (hardware, software, networks, cloud solutions)
-Experience working with HubSpot is an absolute plus
-Knowledge of data security and privacy (GDPR)
-Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
-Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude
-Ability to work independently and take ownership
