Your order will be processed within one business day.
Shipping methods and costs
We offer two handling options that includes shipping. We're committed to building long-term relationships with our customers. That's why we absorb a portion of the real shipping costs, offering competitive handling fees:
- Standard handling: This is our most economical option. Standard products have a 3-6 week delivery time.
- Express handling: This option has the fastest delivery time. Low volume orders are sent immediately from our express stock. If the items are not in our express stock, the delivery time will be 1-3 weeks. For larger orders, we may contact you to suggest splitting the order into two shipments. First shipment will be sent immediately, and a second shipment as fast as possible (usually 1-3 weeks).
Handling fee vary by country. If you add a product to your shopping cart, you can see the exact handling fee in the checkout after selecting your country. We charge a fixed fee per country, regardless of the size of the order.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped with DHL Express or Fedex.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track your package's progress.
International Shipping
We ship to more than 50 countries worldwide from our distribution center in The Netherlands. Shipping to countries within the EU and US include custom duties and taxes, covered by us. Shipping to other countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. In case this applies, you will receive an invoice from our carrier to pay the duties and taxes, before they deliver the goods.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Please note, our shipments are made Carriage Paid To (CPT). As the buyer, you are responsible for insuring the goods against loss or damage during transit.
Shipping Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, we may not be able to change the shipping address.

- Shipping times may be affected by factors such as holidays, weather conditions, and carrier delays.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.
