Why Va Imaging?
I had many reasons to join VA-Imaging! I enjoyed my experience in customer service and was drawn to the international work environment. With over 15 nationalities on the team, I’ve learned about new cultures, integrated more into Dutch culture, and gained many new skills since joining.
Proud Moment
I’m proud of my growth at VA-Imaging, especially gaining new logistics and tech skills and earning my Supply Chain Logistics certification from the United Latino Students Association in 2025. The supportive, inclusive environment has been key to my development.
My Future at VA-Imaging
I hope to grow within the company, developing further in operations while continuing to improve personally and professionally. I’m excited to welcome new colleagues and keep contributing to this amazing team.

Adjusting from intern to full-time employee
The transition from intern to account manager was smooth thanks to good training and prior customer experience. The biggest change was adjusting to full-time work, which I managed by seeking advice and learning from senior managers and Max, our COO.
Skills gained from operations
Even though I’m new to operations, I understand our products well and can quickly spot order issues. This helps me make better delivery decisions, and my sales experience makes learning procedures easier.
My future goals at VA Imaging
I love the company and want to help it grow by taking on more leadership responsibilities. I aim to use my skills to support its success and eventually become a key decision-maker.

Which three words would you use to describe yourself?
I would describe myself as curious and quiet, but friendly!
Can you walk us through a typical day in your role?
As an operations assistant, my first task is to check my mailbox in case I have any replies from customers or orders from our sales team to create. Then, I check with my colleagues if they need me to help them with any tasks. After that, I check the status of the open orders, and at the end of the day, I ship what is ready and needs to be sent to customers.
What’s it like working in the Operations team?
Working in the Operations Team is a fun and relaxed environment. We are really friendly and open to each other and trust that everyone is taking care of their tasks.
What skills or qualities are essential for success in operations?
I would say it is important to have good communication skills with your team and customers, and close attention to detail, in operations, every order and customer has different needs every day.
