GeT Cameras
VA Imaging, formerly known as GeT Cameras, is a leading provider of industrial cameras and machine vision solutions. Our company has undergone a rebranding process, transitioning from GeT Cameras to VA Imaging, while maintaining our commitment to quality and innovation in the field of imaging technology.
About GeT Cameras
Founded in 2017 by Gaspar van Elmbt, we began as a disrupted force in the machine vision industry under the trade name “GeT Cameras”. Initially, our main focus was on offering affordable industrial cameras and a website that delivers a smooth and accessible purchasing experience to professional buyers. Since then, GeT Cameras has grown into an internationally recognized organization with a strong foothold in the industrial camera technology market. Our machine vision hardware is successfully utilized by a growing number of customers and partners – this is something we are very proud of!
Our growing commitment to offering more than just cameras deserved a company name that reflected our business. For this reason GeT Cameras is nowadays officially known as VA Imaging (December 2nd, 2024).

What does this rebranding from GeT Cameras to VA Imaging mean for you?
VA Imaging’s Mission and Vision match the Unique Selling Points that GeT Cameras has had for years:
Strong Machine Vision Camera, Lens & Light Portfolio
As GeT Cameras, our imaging portfolio included over 250 different machine vision cameras. As VA Imaging, we are striving to adding various industrial cameras with the newest technologies to this portfolio in the upcoming years. Our range of machine vision cameras varies from high resolution 65-megapixel to high-speed industrial cameras with 860 fps. Our machine vison cameras contain well-known image sensors from brands like Sony, OnSemi and Gpixel and a variety of interfaces (USB3, GigE, 5GigE, 10GigE & CoaxPress). The cameras work with X86, X64, ARMv7 and ARMv8 pc’s and embedded boards. We have SDK’s available for Linux, Windows and Android.
Excellent support
As GeT Cameras, we’ve always had all detailed technical information of our machine vision camera products on our website available. As VA Imaging, our online Knowledge Center continues to grow with articles on various machine vision topics. Examples of articles that are already posted are Installing your camera, Interface comparisons (USB3 vs. GigE) and What Lighting Solution to select. If you have technical questions about connecting and installing our industrial cameras, our Technical Support engineers can be contacted directly. For years, we have built up many experience and knowledge in the machine vision market and we are happy to share that with you.
Leanest price, industrial quality
Offering high industrial quality products at competitive prices has been one of GeT Cameras’ key values and will remain one as VA Imaging. As an innovative company, we've developed a unique business model that offers low prices for even single units. We believe every project begins with a single industrial camera, so our pricing structure reflects that.
Before leaving the factory, every machine vision camera has to pass several tests to guarantee the quality. The industrial cameras have to withstand a 7-day aging test in warm and cold temperatures and a 72 hour during full load test. This allows us to offer a 3-year warranty. The industrial cameras are CE certified by TUV Rheinland, making sure we meet and exceed the European quality standards. We are exclusive distributor of the Daheng Imaging industrial cameras. Daheng Imaging has a proven track record of product life cycle management (longevity) with over 30 years of experience. At this time, it is still possible to buy the first developed machine vision camera.
By rebranding to VA Imaging, we are building on the strong foundation laid by GeT Cameras while embracing a future of expanded vision solutions. It is your Vision, our Imaging.
