Which three words would you use to describe yourself?
Empathic, Organized, Driven.
Can you describe a typical day in your role?
My day starts with a quick email check. Usually, it consists of holiday requests, hiring questions, or interview scheduling. HR work means staying responsive, so I set priorities early and tackle complex tasks first. Afternoons are for recruiting, reviewing resumes, calling candidates, and interviewing. Meeting talented, motivated people is always inspiring. By late afternoon, I wrap up with projects like updating HR systems and checking in with colleagues.
What motivates you to work in HR?
What truly motivates me to work in HR is the opportunity to make a positive impact on people’s experiences at work. I love being part of a team that helps others grow, feel supported, and reach their potential. Every day brings the chance to solve problems, create meaningful connections, and make the workplace a little better for everyone.
What’s one thing you wish everyone knew about HR?
I wish everyone knew that HR is so much more than policies and paperwork; it’s about people. We’re here to listen, support, and create an environment where employees can do their best work. A big part of HR is balancing both the people and business sides, helping the company grow while making sure every individual feels valued and heard.

Friendly, steadfast, and organized; always approachable, reliable, and structured in my work.
What’s it like to work in the finance team?
I do not have a team at the moment, but I interact daily with Management, HR, Sales, and Operations, which makes me feel like I belong to a very large team of happy and talented people.
What are your daily activities?
Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. Plan and analyze financial movements and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and procedures. Ensure health and safety regulations and protocols are followed to prevent work-related risks.
What does the future hold for you?
As the company grows, so will my challenges and responsibilities. Combining this with the international character of our expansion, I aspire to acquire the knowledge to keep on efficiently advising and supporting all our teams, here and abroad.
