Assignment 1: Sales / marketing plan for the Belgian market
VA Imaging has been active in the industrial camera technology market for many years now. While we are exclusive distributor of our cameras in many countries, this is not yet the case in other countries and we feel there is still a lot of potential. In Belgium, we have exclusivity but are still relatively small and there is a lot of potential. We are curious to see how we can best fill that potential. At the end of your research, you submit a strategic advice report / implementation plan on how we can best approach this.
Assignment 2: Brand research rebranding VA Imaging
In autumn 2024, we rebranded from GeT Cameras to VA Imaging with the aim of establishing a stronger and clearer brand. To assess whether this rebranding has been successful, it is now important to investigate how the brand feeling is perceived and whether the message to (potential) customers is now clearer. At the end of your research, you will deliver a report with conclusions and concrete recommendations to further improved brand feeling and communication.
Assignment 3: AI and the organisation
AI has the potential to optimise business processes and create new opportunities. We would like to explore how AI can be used to work more efficiently, drive innovation and support our strategic goals. You will research potential applications, analyse our business processes, review relevant AI technologies and write an advisory report on implementation with all opportunities and risks.
Assignment 4: Attract and retain talent (HR)
VA Imaging has grown strongly over the last years. Due to this growth, we are constantly looking for new staff. In a competitive job market, attracting talent on one side and retaining talent on the other is essential for the success of our organisation. We want to gain insight into how we can strengthen our Employer brand and what strategies we can deploy to attract and retain talent. You will research and advise on effective recruitment and retention strategies that fit our corporate culture.
