Building the Vision Advisors DACH team into a high-performing unit through strong onboarding, better processes, and deeper technical customer engagement.

What’s the team culture like in the German Sales office?
Our office has a friendly, welcoming culture where everyone is open, approachable, and supportive. We often spend breaks together—sharing lunch or taking short walks—which keeps us connected and creates a positive atmosphere.

What personal qualities help you succeed in this role?
One of my main strengths is working in a structured and organized way, which is essential when managing many different customers. I’m also naturally positive and aim to create a friendly atmosphere that helps build strong customer relationships.

What has been your proudest achievement in this role?
One of my proudest achievements was one of my first deals: a project with a university. After productive discussions and careful preparation, my quote was accepted, turning it into a successful deal. It was rewarding to see teamwork and effort pay off so early on.

Resilience, effort, and adaptability are essential in sales, where not every lead converts. I rely on strong communication and active listening to understand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutions. Being organized and data-driven helps me track progress and continuously improve.

My proudest achievement was securing a partnership with a major client. Through consistent follow-up, personalized insights, and collaboration with our technical team, we were able to demonstrate real value.
