Refund policy

You agree to this return policy and this is your only recourse if feel you want to return a Product(s). We only sell to business customers (B2B). Ordered Products cannot be returned unless the wrong Products have been delivered, Products are missing, or Products are determined by us to be defective within the warranty period. In that case, contact us within five (5) business days. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number and instructions on how to return the Product.
